Pay as you go

Clients can opt for sessions on a pay as you go system. This would include an initial consultation, followed by subsequent appointments as required

Initial Consultation

This consultation would involve a discussion of the client’s paperwork to build a picture of current lifestyle habits which will lead to the process of building in new habits.

The information gathered from this consultation would then be compiled, to put together an individual program which would outline the most significant areas to work on and guidance on how to do so.

Assessment including height, weight and girth measurements will also be carried out.

Follow up appointment

A follow up appointment allows a review of the initial program. Feedback from the client as to how they are progressing will allow adjustments to be made and further habits to be introduced.

Assessment will be retaken to monitor changes and make decision based on these changes.
