Achieving your goals is only one part of working with Katey. Learning about food, what is does for your body and how it can better your lifestyle are all vital components which Katey stresses to all her clients enabling them build habits for life. Therefore many areas of a lifestyle approach are incorporated in the program such as cooking lessons, food shopping trips, kitchen overhaul and come February fitness training which can be carried out in your local park or in the comfort of your own home. 

A full program provides ongoing support and help throughout the process of working with Katey. Changing your lifestyle and building in habits is not a short term process which can be wobbly in the early stages. This is why Katey offers open email and phone support, to help in these teething stages to help clients keep on track and begin the process of a whole new lifestyle.

By using the support not only will clients achieve their desired goals, they also gain a wealth of knowledge which they can then use and apply daily leading to healthy lifestyles. The outline of a program involves an initial consultation and 3 following appointments.

Within the initial consultation the client’s paperwork will be discussed, to build a picture of current lifestyle habits which will lead to the process of building in new habits. An In-body assessment will also be recommended which is an assessment of weight, body fat, muscle mass, BMI and hydration. This can be used as a marker which will be regular assessed to monitor changes. After the consultation, an individual program will be sent to the client, highlighting the most important areas to work on and how to do this.

The next appointments will be related to the client needs and will be arranged dependent on the time frame for the client’s goals.
